RCEB is understaffed for its caseload, has limited funds, and a great deal of employee turnover. In addition, the staff usually feels unappreciated. Put that all together and you have a stressful work environment and burnout. The best way to get action from RCEB is to get the supervisor's name and phone number, and use it to complain & follow-up. You should also be sure to compliment RCEB people when you can; most everyone there wants to do a good job and feels unappreciated. I've also stopped by from time to time with a small treat for staff.
